Anuary 1st, 2009, Chen Ruofei, CEO of MenQ Group, signed an agreement with Yang Hongxiang, Operating president of Hong Kong Jiayu Group, that MenQ officially acquired the use-right of "Sansui" and "Akai" trademark in field of education IT, automotive electronics in mainland of China.
       "SanSui" and "AkAi", the famous brand of Japanese audio-visual, have great influence in worldwide. 90s of the last century, they appeared in China and have achieved good performance, brand familiarity and popularity increased dramatically with hiring famous film stars, actors by huge sums of money as their image spokesmen in home theater, multimedia audio, video player, digital mobile products, etc. MenQ acquired three-year right to use the brand of "SanSui" "AkAi" which will be applied to manufacture and sales operations of education IT and automotive electronics.
